SPARK a Dynamic Organization:
SPARK stands for Single Parents Raising Kids, an organization based at Montgomery a Province in Maryland, a state of USA,
This organization was constituted and established in the year 1987 founded by Nine Single Parents, having very successfully coped with the challenges of life in raising their children and provides support to single parents of Montgomery and neighboring locality. The objective of the founders of SPARK was to create the organization to act as a platform for providing help to single parents present in large numbers to effectively cope with stresses pertaining to single parent problems.
SPARK, just like many such organizations, is non-governmental organization. The organization adopted self opted mission to create a society encouraging meaningful communication in between single parents of the locality.
Helping Single Parents with Kids:
SPARK's objective is helping single parents at Maryland to create within the organization a Supportive Functional Setup, which strengthens the members of organization by sharing the experience and disseminate the useful knowledge to the members to derive benefit of proven principles of management of problems and rectifying the recurring mistakes by single parents.
SPARK to achieve its sole purpose focusing its attention to play its role by formulating well planned Statement of the Missions for the organization. Encouraging active participation of all the members and devising a Balanced Program for the families and also embodying a Social plus Educational program, with which each member can benefit.
Spark Events for Encouraging Single Parents:
SPARK plans monthly program for activities enabling its members express their view points on a certain topic of interest at a get together creating friendly environment. The Topic is discussed and a course of action is arrived at with every one's concurrence.
To fulfill it's role SPARK organizes, concerts, Film screenings, Lucky Draw Dinners for the members along with many other programs devised for helping the members with comfort and convenience'.

SPARK Member Enrolment:
Spark is absolutely a No Profit, a non governmental society to carry on its advisory functions delivering its commitment and direction for the benefit of the members rendered helpless and there is no more objective.
SPARK No Profit based Entity:
The Society promotes communications within the group with no interest to accrue incomes/funds for the promoters or leaders responsible for functioning of the society. SPARK feels proud of providing meaningful support, has gained its intelligence and foresight to deal by best manner in respect of common problems encountered by the members, who comprise of single parents only.
SPARK happens to be exclusively a society of volunteers operating under the management of volunteers. The funds required for its operation are received through voluntary offerings by single parents.
Membership is offered to single parents situated at Maryland or neighboring states having child/children under the age of eighteen. The children can be with custody or not in custody of the single parent.
Objectives of SPARK:
Single Parents Raising Kids came into existence as a society with sole objective providing its members strong thoughts relieve stress from disturbances originating from community and helping them tiding over monetary difficulties working on suggested options and opportunities besides following activities:
• Be active participant in healthy fun creating activities in company of member single
parent.
• By selected processes learn intensively while associated with Single Parents and
Participate reshaping the knowledge effectively in respect of single parent concept.
• Sharing the learning and self experiences for the benefit of member single parents.
Introspection of SPARK:
Present era single parent, is comparatively luckier as compared to single parent of ten years or one hundred years ago. The old days are no more there, where single parents were subject to character assassination by social norms and indignant bad name associated personally for the failed marriages/ pregnancy taking place without marriage bond.
Present age Single Parents really are very fortunate to avail, services of the supportive organizations helping, them to perform perfectly heavy responsibilities about bringing up their children amidst many odd difficulties.
Should a Society like SPARK existed, in past decades or centuries it could have reached to rescue of single Parent, who suffered in absence of such a society in past period. The Idiom 'better late than never' is perfect in relation to SPARK presence at present times.
